Minimum Qualifications


  • • Leadership experience preferred
  • • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • • Ability to work well under pressure
  • • Ability to de-escalate clientele; conflict resolution skills
  • • Ability to formulate and deliver specific, actionable feedback

Here are some examples of the type of work you will be doing to support Business Leaders and their teams:

  • • Provide leadership development, transition, high-potential and succession coaching, with a specific focus on coaching Senior Leaders, to identify key  leadership strengths, values, priorities and alignment with corporate strategy and mission.
  • • Partner with Leaders for enhanced communication, cross functional collaboration and effectiveness, increasing employee engagement.
  • • Coach Leaders at all levels, as needed.
  • • Conduct ongoing evaluations to determine the impact of Coaching Programs.
  • • Facilitate executive level organizational change sessions to include team coaching, teambuilding, and/or strategy sessions.
  • • Continuously strategize, evaluate and align the development of the coaching strategy with organizational priorities, and growth.
  • • Serve as mentor coach for employees working toward coaching certification.
  • • Create and deliver coaching related leadership learning experiences.
  • • Research and stay up to date on developments in the fields of Coaching, Organizational Development, Career Development, Leadership, and Emotional  Intelligence.
