Here are some examples of the type of work you will be doing to support Business Leaders and their teams:

  • • Provide leadership development, transition, high-potential and succession coaching, with a specific focus on consulting Senior Leaders, to identify key  leadership strengths, values, priorities and alignment with corporate strategy and mission.
  • • Partner with Leaders for enhanced communication, cross functional collaboration and effectiveness, increasing employee engagement.
  • • Consult Leaders at all levels, as needed.
  • • Conduct ongoing evaluations to determine the impact of Consulting Programs.
  • • Facilitate executive level organizational change sessions to include leadership, team-building, and/or strategy sessions.
  • • Continuously strategize, evaluate and align the development of the consulting strategy with organizational priorities, and growth.
  • • Create and deliver leadership learning experiences.
  • • Research and stay up to date on developments in the fields of Consulting, Organizational Development, Career Development, Leadership, and Emotional  Intelligence.
