Our Story
ARE Global Solutions was founded by award-winning entrepreneur and executive coach, Anisa Rashad. Anisa holds an MBA from The John Hopkins University, is an Executive Coach for UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive MBA program, a former Adjunct Professor for the University of California San Diego’s Rady School of Management, and a graduate of the Global Leadership program run by New York Times bestselling author, Lisa Nichols. Anisa is also the proud recipient of the 2017 Dream Big Experience Entrepreneur of the Year.
Anisa is passionate about removing barriers to success. She founded ARE Global Solutions to address the need for an executive coaching and training provider with a focus on leadership through an inclusive lens.
